Sainsbury's Snapchat Easter Game
Gamifying Your Snapchat Feed for Sainsbury’s
We created a retro-styled SnapChat game for UK retailer Sainsbury’s – where the gaming environment loads directly in the user feed.
The gameplay is based on a traditional “roller game”, with an easter twist. The user has to roll an easter egg as far as they can – avoiding obstacles by tilting and moving their phone screen. The further the user gets, the more points they win.
The game was built with all the capabilities of HTML5 inside Snapchat, allowing us to create a rich experience for the user. The whole project was created, developed, tested and delivered in 3 weeks.
Native games inside Snapchat are some of the newest solutions and functionality available to brands on the platform – which allows you to talk and share live stories from around the world. UNIT9 is an Official Creative Partner of SnapChat.
