The idea

Together with AliExpress we created an amazing AR experience to help launch 11.11 Global Shopping Day. It uses the latest ARKit from Apple and combines the latest technology with art. Using emerging technology on new industries changed our perception of art and how it can find new excitements impacting our everyday life – Live life to the fullest.

The project

We used Apple’s ARKit which came out this September as the perfect tool to extend our reality by bringing street art to life. Their 11.11 Global Shopping Day celebrates young individuals so situating the graffiti in the heart of Shoreditch was the best location.  

With the new kit, AR tracking experiences go directly with the camera on smart mobile devices, without the need for AR markers. We created the World’s first ever interactive AR graffiti – combining art and emerging technologies, it created a new approach to art.

The impact

This project had a great impact being in such iconic locations, it caught the eye of many individuals on their way to work. With the help of social media influencers from a variety of industries to help achieve the reach. This resulted in getting an online reach of nearly 3M only a couple of days after their post.
